Remember that we can knit garments out of your own yarn for your store or your own personal use.  You just need to provide us with the yarn and the pattern you want made and we will take care of the rest!  You can choose a pattern from our web site as well.

This is an event no alpaca lover should ever miss.  Organized every other year by the International Alpaca Association, the Alpaca Fiesta has become the place to meet who's who in the Alpaca industry, make new friends, learn about the latest developments in breeding, spinning and weaving techniques, discover the latest fashion trends, savour the unique Peruvian cuisine and participate in a "Chaccu"--consisting in gathering Vicuñas and/or Alpacas using a huge human cordon formed by the high Andes' population (and many tourists!), who lead the animals to an enclosure in which they are sheared.

Helen Hamann, a native of Peru, a founding member of the International Alpaca Association and an internationally renowned knitwear designer and alpaca expert, will accompany this tour and share her experiences growing up and living in Peru.  Join us on this exciting, fun and educational trip to Peru where raising alpacas and knitting and weaving with alpaca yarn are ancient art forms with great cultural importance.
